Our Plant Community: A Salmon Creek Farm Collaborative Field Guide is a collection of drawings and descriptions of sixty flora found at Salmon Creek Farm in Albion, CA. This project was made with a spirit of curiosity and amateurism in order to forge a deeper connection to the place through the plants, all the while building a resource to be utilized by visitors and residents of the Northern California Coastal Forests.

Located where redwoods meet the Pacific ocean on coastal Pomo land Re-formed, is a 7 week Artist in Residency program at the Mendocino Art Center designed for artists working in the jewelry arts.

Our Programs
Workshops
Taught by both local and visiting artists, our art workshops span a wide variety of mediums and skill levels.
Lodging
Stay with us while you’re taking a workshop, or for a self-guided retreat to make art or spend time on our campus.
Residencies
We offer year-long residencies and short-term artist-in-retreat programs. Applications for our new winter Greenhouse Residency are now open.
Gallery & Shop
Our shop and gallery feature art from local and visiting artists. Our shop also sells supplies for workshops.
