CLASS DESCRIPTION

Join me at the Mendocino Art Center for a 2 day workshop exploring the ancient art of sand casting. This is the perfect class for curious beginners and more advanced metalsmiths who want to expand their skills. Leave with knowledge and your sand cast treasures!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Brienna Hall is an accomplished and multi-talented artist based in Little River, California. She runs her jewelry studio in the picturesque village of Mendocino and lives there with her daughter, husband and their two dogs. Brienna is an experienced artisan having worked as a professional jeweler for over 15 years. After completing her BFA in sculpture with a minor in fiber arts from the prestigious Kansas City Art Institute in 2004, she established her first jewelry company, Brienna Hall Jewelry. The venture soon blossomed into Shrine Jewelry – a business dedicated to making jewelry wearing an intentional act imbued with greater significance.

MAC studio fee: $20

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing, either by mail or email. If you notify us at least 14 days prior to the first class meeting, you will receive a refund of tuition less a $45 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date for any reason due to our contractual obligations and material acquisitions. If the Art Center is compelled to cancel a class you will receive a full tuition refund. Memberships are non-refundable as they are considered a donation to the Art Center.
