Stay on the beautiful grounds of the Mendocino Art Center while taking an art class. Stroll to your art studio each morning and in the evening take an easy walk through the charming village of Mendocino to cafes, restaurants and shops. Or marvel at sunsets over the ocean on a relaxed hike around the Headlands State Park trails just down the street.

The Art Center has a number of studio apartments available, each with a kitchenette and bath with shower. Kitchens include a small refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans. Rooms include linens and towels, but students should bring their own irons, toiletries and hair dryers. Studio units accommodate two or three people, and double units with two bedrooms accommodate four people. There are also ground floor units with disabled access and one available with wheelchair access. Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am.
